Assume male patient, and assume this is flexible cystoscopy using a topical anesthetic used at the tip of the penis. How painful is it?

For me, not painful at all probably because I have been self cathetering myself for over 20 years 6 to 10 times a day and it's basically the same thing.
46 years old happily married and living in Florida. I've had ED for over 20 years due to spinal cord injury. Viagra and Cialis no longer work for me but love using Trimix injections instead. I've also had to self cath for as long as I've had ED.

I don't believe it's that painful but a very strange/odd feeling of the camera traveling up through the urethra which may make you feel uncomfortable?
