Female ejaculate-urine or something more like male semen?

"Squirting" or female ejaculation is an object of speculation and controversy and a recent (small sample) study sheds more light on the question of what the substance is and asks (but does not answer) the question of "What adaptive (i.e. survival of the species) function does it serve?"

I know exactly what it is, it's hot! Never cared for people purposely peeing on each other but seeing a woman squirt from having an orgasm is very hot. I believe it is bladder and pee related as there is a correlation between the volume and whether the woman has peed before sex began.

The article had the subject women empty their bladders before sexual stimulation began. Verified by ultrasound. Re-filling their bladders seemed to be a response to sexual stimulation (but this is not clearly described in the article summary). I wondered about the state of general hydration of the subjects and if this was related to how quickly they filled or how quickly the women orgasmed. I hope the full article might address these questions.

Up until this article, most of the arguments over whether or not it was urine being expelled or the product of skene's glands or from some other source fell into two camps. A: Urine B: Some other fluid, possibly related to male semen, and this verified by some lab tests as not urine. This article suggests a mix of both, or perhaps something in between, not urine, but urine-like. It left out an analysis of whether the urine newly produced during the sexual stimulation was greater than would have been produced without the stimulation. If greater, could it be coming from somewhere other than the kidneys? Or, are a woman's kidneys stimulated to greater production during sexual arousal?

Truly, women's sexual arousal is a mystery.

There is a link in the link you posted that takes you to the Journal of sexual medicine website and they want some money for the full article. I think the article was from 2015? I did a quick Google search on "J Sex Med 2015;12:661–66" which did yield a lot of results but I don't have time to look at it now but it's interesting.

I agree with Thomas, it's hot. I remember when I was a teenager probably 30 years ago overhearing an older guy I knew talking about a woman they use to call Old Faithful because of how much she would squirt. That story always stuck in my head. Hitachi Magic Wand does the trick for the wife which I have the honor of participating in the festivity of that from time to time.
