Very liberating so stop procrastinating

Post by Thomas » Tue Jun 18, 2019 3:09 pm

For those of you that are on the fence on getting a vasectomy, I say do it. Stop procrastinating and just get it done. It's very liberating to have it done and stop worrying about what can happen. It's also great to be able to unload wherever you want, put it back inside or to give you the ability to go another round or two, experiment with spoiling orgasms without worrying about it and focus on the fun.

A vasectomy is birth control that you don’t have to pay attention to during sex, so it won’t interfere with the action. You can get caught up in the heat of the moment without worrying about pregnancy.

Vasectomy doesn’t mess with your hormones or sex drive. It won’t change the way having an orgasm or ejaculating (cumming) feels. Your semen (cum) will still look, feel, and taste the same after a vasectomy — it just can’t get anybody pregnant.

A vasectomy takes the burden of preventing pregnancy from your partner, which can strengthen your relationship and make intimacy more enjoyable for them, too. Sex can get better and more spontaneous when you and your partner can focus on each other instead of birth control.

But don't forget to get your vasectomy done from a well-experienced surgeon.

AND... It has no side effects, as hormonal birth control has. (Cancer risk, etc) IUDs have unintended consequences, too, (PID, perforations, etc).

When I had my implant done, I asked my surgeon if he would "throw in a Vasectomy as long as he was in the neighborhood anyway". Just on the slim chance that this 70ish man might get a chance to bed a woman of fertile years.

Of course, there is one misgiving. If some woman were to want my genes in her offspring, I would not be able to oblige, no matter how hard we tried. But that is a slimmer chance than the first possibility I mentioned.
Born 1948, After 30 yrs of progressive, unrecognized ED, I slowly accepted the reality (after a LOT of unproductive wishful thinking). Now successfully sexual with an AMS LGX implant 2017-11.

I had mine done after my second child was born 8 years ago. My wife mentions every once in a while that we should have another child and I just smile and say "Lets go try and keep trying". I never sent in the sample to be tested after it was done to be 100% sure I was fixed so there is always that doubt but after so many shots fired since then I'm confident I'm good. The doctor who preformed mine has probably done tens of thousands of guys and is on billboards all over Florida. I figured that he had a lot of experience. Funny story the doctor was very liberal and I'm very conservative, while he was preforming the deed he was going on and on about the presidential election at the time and I had to just sit there and smile and not say a word because he literally HAD ME BY THE BALLS!
45 years old happily married and living in Florida. I've had ED for over 20 years due to spinal cord injury. Viagra and Cialis work OK for me but Trimix injections work GREAT! I've also had to self cath for as long as I've had ED.
